Worst company to deal with, don't want to know you when your $500 medical vapouriser stops working….. awesome…. 👏

I recently purchased a vaporizer for my herbs and after turning it on for the FIRST time it got very very hot quickly. I didn't even use the vape due to my concern. I contact the company for a refund, I had all the original packaging, but because I had taken it out of its wrapping the company said this was not possible??? How can I test my new vape without taking it out of the plastic wrapping , seriously!!!!!! The company offered for me to return the vape at my EXPENSE to maybe fix it. I DON'T want to keep a faulty product. NOT GOOD ENOUGH, plenty of more reputable companies out there, do not get caught like I did. I'm now stuck with an expensive vape that is not fit for purpose.

My go to store for all things herb. Customer service is top notch and the one time I needed a warranty sorted it was done and fixed within a week.. recommend

Excellent service. First order arrived as ordered within days no probs. Second order had issues in transit at no fault of AV but they responded to our query immediately and organised a replacement overnight. Highly recommend AV.

I requested an email for when a product arrived back in stock. I never got the email, but sent AV an email a few weeks later just to see if the item was going to come back or if it were going to get removed. They got back to me right away, I ordered it right away, it arrived a week later… with a little candy burger in the box too! Would recommend
